1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 No statutory right of withdrawal

In Switzerland, there isno statutory right of withdrawal or cancellationfor online purchases (unlike in the EU).

However, Zauber – Blüten Hanf GmbH voluntarilygrantsa limited right of return under the following conditions.

1.2 Voluntary right of return (14 days)

We offer customers avoluntary right of return of 14 daysfrom the receipt of the goods.

Requirements:

  • The products must beunopened, unusedandundamaged.The original packaging must be complete and intact.

  • The return shipping is at thecustomer's own expense.The

purchase price of the product will be refunded, but not:shipping costs of the original order

To initiate a return, please contact us in advance by email:

  • Reason for Return (optional)

After reviewing the request, we will provide you with the return address and the process.

1.4 Products that are excluded from return

The following items cannotbe returned: werden:

  • opened or used products

  • damaged or contaminated products

  • perishable goods

  • custom-made / personalized items

  • discounted items (sale products)

Products that cannot be refunded due to legal regulations are also excluded.

2. Refund Policies

2.1 Refund after Review

Once the return has arrived, the item will be inspected.

After that, you will receive:

  • aconfirmation, that the return has been received

  • anupdate on the approval or denialof the refund

2.2 Type of Refund

For approved returns, the refund will be processed:

  • using the same payment method that was used for the order

  • no later than14 days after inspectionof the item

2.3 Partial Refunds

Apartial refundmay be issued if:

  • parts of the item are missing

  • the packaging is damaged

  • Signs of use are visible

In serious cases, we reserve the right,not to grant a refund. zu gewähren.

2.4 Non-arriving returns

For returns that are lost in transit or arrive damaged, we assumeno liability..

We therefore recommend that you return the iteminsuredandwith tracking.

3. Exchange

A direct exchange is not offered.

If you would like a new product, please place a new order.

4. Defective or damaged products

4.1 Reporting period

Damaged or defective products must bereported within 7 daysof receipt:

After review, we offer depending on the situation:

  • Replacement delivery

  • Discount

  • Refund

Further claims are excluded, as far as legally permissible.

5. Return shipping costs

All costs for the return shipment are borne by the customer, except for:

  • the delivered item was defective or damaged

  • the wrong item was delivered
