General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders, deliveries, and services made through the webshop ofZauber – Blüten Hanf GmbH(hereinafter referred to as "Zauber – Blüten" or "we") by customers (hereinafter referred to as "customer") in Switzerland.

Deliveriesto foreign countries do not take place.

By placing an order, the customer accepts these GTC in their current version.

2. Offer and Product Information

The products, prices, and information displayed in the webshop do not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to order.

All products are subject to Swiss legal regulations.

Zauber – Blüten assumes no liability for unlawful use of the products by the customer.

3. Order and Conclusion of Contract

The contract is concluded as soon as the customer completes the ordering process in the webshop and receives an order confirmation via email.

Zauber – Blüten reserves the right to refuse orders without giving reasons (e.g., in case of suspected misuse, violation of laws, false information).

4. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) including statutory value-added tax (VAT).

The following payment methods are accepted (adjust if necessary):

• Credit/Debit cards

• TWINT

• Prepayment

• Other payment methods indicated in the webshop

Zauber – Blüten reserves the right to change payment methods without prior notice.

5. Shipping, Delivery, and Pickup

5.1 Delivery Area

Deliveries are madeexclusively within Switzerland.

No shipments abroad.

5.2 Shipping Costs and Shipping Duration

Shipping costs will be indicated during the ordering process.

Delivery times are non-binding and may vary depending on workload and availability.

5.3 Acceptance Delay

If the customer does not accept the goods, they bear all resulting costs (e.g., return shipping, reshipping).

6. Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain the property of Zauber – Blüten Hanf GmbH until full payment is made.

7. Right of Withdrawal, Return, and Exchange

There is generally no statutory right of withdrawal in Switzerland.

However, Zauber – Blüten voluntarily grants the following regulation:

• Unopened and undamaged productscan be returned within14 daysafter receipt.

• The customer bears the return shipping costs.

• Refunds will be made after inspection of the goods.

The following are excluded from exchange/return:

• opened or damaged products

• perishable goods

• personalized or custom-made items

8. Defects and Warranty

In case of defects, the customer must contact us in writing within7 days after receipt(including photos).

In the case of justified defects, Zauber – Blüten will provide:

• replacement delivery, or

• refund

Further warranty claims are excluded to the extent permitted by law.

9. Liability

Zauber – Blüten is only liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intent.

Liability for indirect damages, consequential damages, lost profits, or unlawful use of the products by the customer is excluded.

10. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the privacy policy of the webshop and the applicable Swiss data protection regulations (DSG).

Only data necessary for order processing will be collected.

11. Youth Protection

Products subject to legal age restrictions will beonly provided to individuals who meet the legal minimum age.

Zauber – Blüten may require age verification.

12. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

Zauber – Blüten may adjust these terms and conditions at any time.

The version valid at the time of the order is decisive.

13. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

Only Swiss law appliesSwiss law.

The jurisdiction is8917 Oberlunkhofen, unless mandatory legal provisions state otherwise.
